The thing about the city trying to sue them is not just over the services like electricity and water/sewage. They don't pay taxes for the other stuff they use, like the roads etc.. I completely agree with them on not having to pay the taxes completely, but they should be taxed for certain things; permafrost makes road contruction costly here

Fantastic! I'm so glad Alex and the Snow King took the time to capture the crazy adventures houseboaters take every day during freeze-up and break-up. This is the sort of thing that makes Yellowknife so special.
