Hi Adrian,

Question that further concerns me - how is the variance in Wages and Benefits handled? Is it allowed to cover shortages in other parts of the budget?

Even the .3% variance translates into $600,000 on a $20M dollar budget which is not insignificant... Is this money being used to fund other parts of the operating budget?

I admit that I am not as familiar with the budget as I should be - thanks for bringing these questions forward.
